The Firm's Co-founder and Managing Partner, C. Richard Henriksen, Jr., having planned at a young age to enter the practice of law, began working for the firm when he was 16. He has been on the governing board of Utah Association for Justice since 1979 and served as its president in 1985. He has been actively involved with the American Association for Justice as a Delegate or Member of its Governing Board since 1982. Mr. Henriksen has also been active in serving with the Utah State Bar.
Mr. Henriksen has had many cases resulting in numerous verdicts and settlements in excess of one million dollars on behalf of his clients. Mr. Henriksen is known for his strong work ethic, love of people and power of discernment. In 2007, Mr. Henriksen received the Lifetime Service Award from the Utah Association of Justice.
