Previous to joining Lombard & Geliebter, Donna honed her considerable legal skills at the New York offices of Nixon Peabody and Blank Rome in their corporate law departments. Donna frequently assists clients with corporate legal matters such as corporate entity formation, corporate governance, drafting of contracts and commercial agreements such as employment contracts, noncompete and confidentiality agreements (NDAs), purchase agreements, and license agreements.
