John K. Daggett is the owner of Moore, Moore & Moore, LLP. Mr. Daggett focuses his practice primarily in the area of family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and paternity matters. He is experienced in handling division of property, including complex business valuations, and as one of the 32 original Collaborative Law practitioners in Cincinnati, has an in-depth understanding of the Collaborative Law process. Mr. Daggett also devotes a portion of his practice to criminal defense matters, including misdemeanors and felonies. Mr. Daggett has served as Chairman of the Clermont County Bar Association Domestic Relations Committee since 2004. He is also a member of the Hamilton County Bar Association Domestic Relations Committee. Since 1987, Mr. Daggett has been a speaker at family law seminars hosted by the Clermont and Hamilton County Bar Associations. He is a former Clermont County Prosecutor and Judge Pro Tem in the Clermont County Court. Mr. Daggett has been licensed to practice in Ohio since 1982, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Mr. Daggett earned his Juris Doctorate from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University and his Bachelor of Sciences degree from Manchester College.
