In Bucks County, you will be ordered by a local Bucks County District Justice to have an initial alcohol evaluation called a CRN evaluation. CRN stands for Court Reporting Network.  The name means little.

You must make an appointment for a CRN evaluation within 72 hours of your Bucks County Preliminary Hearing. There are two places in Bucks County to get your CRN evaluation.

Livengrin Foundation
4833 Hulmeville Road
Bensalem, PA 19020
(215) 638-5266
www.livengrin.org

Bucks County Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependency
Baliwick Office Campus, #33
Doylestown, PA 18901
(215) 230-8715
www.bccadd.org

Do not be confused, you do not have to complete your Bucks County CRN evaluation within 72 hours, you just need to make an appointment (telephone call).

The results of your CRN evaluation are automatically transmitted to the Bucks County Prosecutor’s Office. If the CRN counselor determines that you need additional alcohol or drug counseling/treatment, the sentencing judge at Common Pleas Court in Doylestown will usually order you to complete the recommended treatment or rehabilitation

We at Saile & Saile LLP will prepare you for your Bucks County CRN evaluation so that you will have the best chance to gain the best possible result in your Bucks County drunk driving-DUI case.
