Michael L. Saile, Jr., Esq. grew up in lower Bucks County and graduated from Council Rock High School. Mr. Saile attended college at the University of Delaware where he received an accounting degree.
After graduating from the University of Delaware, Mike decided to follow in his father’s and his two uncles’ footsteps and attend law school. At Widener University School of Law, Mr. Saile was an active member of the law school’s trial team and was frequently named to the Dean’s List. Mr. Saile also received Certificates of Achievement for receiving the highest grade in a few of his classes. While in law school, Mr. Saile gained experience by clerking for a law firm in the Wilmington, Delaware.
After graduating with honors from Widener University Law School, Mr. Saile was admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mike immediately began working for a law firm in Vineland, New Jersey. At this law firm, Mr. Saile represented clients charged with DWI-DUI, traffic violations, and clients injured in car accidents. Mike got great experience at this firm, including participating in several jury trials and appealing a case to the Supreme Court of New Jersey. This case was eventually won for his client and improved the law for thousands of car accident victims throughout the State of NJ.
After gaining significant experience, Mike merged practices with his father, Michael, Sr. (he doesn’t like being called “Senior”) in 2004, and of course the new law firm was named “Saile & Saile LLP”. Mr. Saile made some changes to the way he represented clients at the new firm.
At his prior firm, Mike was not able to form any type of relationship with his clients. Often times he would meet his client for the first time in court after calling out their name several times. Mike knew nothing about his clients, their concerns, or their personal situations. At Saile & Saile LLP, Mr. Saile now gets to know his clients and focuses on building long term relationships. Mike wants his clients to feel as comfortable as possible throughout the DUI process. He spends time educating his clients about the DUI laws and about what to expect at each court appearance so that there are no surprises.
Mr. Saile focuses his practice on DUI defense (Bucks County DUI defense). Mr. Saile has represented clients in every District Justice Court in Bucks County and is friendly with most of the Bucks County District Attorneys. Mike knows what works and, most importantly, what doesn’t work with the judges of the Bucks County Common Pleas Court.
Mr. Saile will offer you a flat fee for representation in your Bucks County DUI case. This means that you will have no surprise legal fees. Whether your case results in A.R.D. (Bucks County’s First Offender’s Program), a Motions Hearing, a guilty plea, or even a trial, you will be charged the same fee. Mike will also offer you a payment plan, if needed, and Saile & Saile LLP accepts credit card payments.
Many potential clients still ask Mike:
“How do I know you are a good lawyer?”
Mr. Saile will be the first to tell you that lawyer advertising is NOT a good way to gauge the quality of a lawyer. In fact, by now you probably have received several letters from attorneys soliciting you about your Bucks County DUI charges.
Mike believes that personal recommendations are the best way to gauge the quality of a lawyer. Many of Mr. Saile’s new clients come from recommendations from prior clients and other lawyers. Check out Mr. Saile’s client reviews and his lawyer/peer endorsements.
Mr. Saile is not a “white haired attorney” (no offense to some of his friends and peers). In fact, Mike he has been practicing less than 10 years. He is aggressive and pursues every possible DUI defense. Mr. Saile is making a name for himself in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He was interviewed by the Bucks County Courier Times and featured in several articles of a recent Sunday edition focusing on Bucks County’s DUI problem.
Mike has been named as a “Rising Star-Super Lawyer”. This means that other lawyers and judges have recognized him as one of the top up-and-coming attorneys (under 40 years of age) in Pennsylvania. This designation is only given to 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania.
He is rated 9.9 out of 10 “Superb” by avvo.com which is a respected attorney rating website based on hundreds of different rating factors. Mr. Saile is constantly keeping up on Pennsylvania’s DUI laws and is currently authoring a book on Pennsylvania DUI defense. He is also the author of the Bucks County DUI blog.
Besides practicing law, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, making homemade wine (…ask him for a bottle of red), exercising, golfing, fishing, and winter sports. Mike enjoys both the New Jersey and Delaware beaches during the summer months.
